- Execution and facilitation of Joiner, Mover and Leaver process for LGI across all business units
- Adherence to Group and divisional standards allowing for passing future Audits
- Co-ordinate systems access provision to third-parties and regularly review
- Help to determine whether third parties that host applications for LGI are ISO 27001 compliant
- Scheduling and supporting the recertification of access rights for LGI applications and unstructured data (including LAN and SharePoint)
- Scheduling and supporting the recertification of third party privileged access (including generic accesses)
- Scheduling and supporting the timely completion of application certification using User Access Manuals
- Scheduling and supporting the security testing and re-testing of all LGI applications and infrastructure
- Risk assessment of the completed User Access Manuals against the I&AM policies and standards
- Reporting of Metrics, Key Performance Indicators and Risk
- Identifying and raising control failures as risks with appropriate reporting
- Ensuring audit logs are retained
- Maintaining Role Based Definitions of user access across LGI, ensuring the least privileged access and Segregation of Duties is maintained as per policies
- Working with other L&G division’s Access Control Teams to enhance processes and data collection when policy changes occur
- Creating and maintaining operational guides
Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience of executing complex processes ideally relating to I&AM
- Demonstrable experience of interfacing with other teams
- Experience of working to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Experience of managing and monitoring schedules (e.g. for recertification)
- Desirable to have knowledge of the requirements of the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) - ISO 27001
Skills
- Understanding of I&AM
- Good analytical skills and ability to produce reports at both high level and lower level of detail
- MS Office tools
- Identification and impact analysis of risk
