The Change Implementation Lead will support the operation to process map, look for effiiciencies and help us eliminate, streamline or move simple admin processes off shore. You will ideally have Process Mapping skills.

  • Primary accountability is to support the operation to process map, look for effiiciencies and help us eliminate, streamline or move simple admin processes off shore. This will include facilitating workshops, mapping journeys and highlighting areas for improvement. 
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality with clearly defined risks, ensuring that system or process delivery change is consistent with requirements, specifications and  business needs.
  • Will need to be able to deliver effective communication to all interested parties including stakeholders and Senior Managers to support effective decision-making and manage the smooth and integrated delivery of projects or initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Lean / Six Sigma green belt qualification level (desirable)
  • Prince 2 foundation or equivalent project management methodologies (desirable)

Skills

  • Process mapping skills (essential) 
  • Proficient in techniques for streamlining business processes and can demonstrate pragmatic use of Six Sigma and lean tools as appropriate (essential)
  • Excel 2010, Visio, Use of other MS Office 2010 application (essential)
  • Examples -  application of lean techniques, error proofing, value stream mapping, process risk assessment/FMEA, measurement systems analysis, cost benefit analysis
  • Insurance background preferred 
  • Use Microsoft project or other planning tools
  • Minitab (desirable)
  • Evidence strong data analysis skills and ability to solve complex business issues
  • Attention to detail.
