As the Campaign Manager you will be responsible for designing, developing & delivering appropriate campaign and marketing materials, activities and initiatives that meet our commercial and varying audience needs. 

As the Campaign Manager you will be responsible for designing, developing & delivering appropriate campaign and marketing materials, activities and initiatives that meet our commercial and varying audience needs. 

Your key responsibilities.. 

  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns, initiatives and materials that support the marketing plan.
  • Ensure all activities undertaken adhere to our relevant policies and procedures, is within our risk ‘appetite’ and is approved according to the appropriate compliance procedures
  • Support where relevant our project and change programme
  • Ensure appropriate tracking and management is in place to enable us to collate, analyse and interpret appropriate and relevant campaign management information
  • Work with colleagues and specialist colleagues to ensure we have appropriate MI and environmental scanning in place to develop effective and efficient campaigns.
  • Ensure appropriate briefs, forecasts, reviews, etc are in place to demonstrate ROI for campaigns and initiatives undertaken
  • Work alongside colleagues to continually benchmark our campaigns and seek out new ways to differentiate and improve the activities we undertake.
  • Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework and demonstrate the key behaviours of a professional, supportive and engaging marketing function

We would like to hear from you if... 

  • You are good with people and an ability to clearly and confidently communicate and influence with key stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple projects to tight timescales with excellent organisational and project management skills
  • You enjoy and embrace working within a change environment, in a fast growing division and marketing function
  • You have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English.
  • You have experience of working with creative agencies and providing appropriate briefing, management and creative evaluation in place
  • You have experience of working within a regulated environment
