As a Product Line Test & QA Manager you will have an important role in the delivery of the transformation and business growth objectives of the division through Test services. You will drive successful project delivery with a focus on time to market, customer outcomes and governance.

Purpose:

The Pensions Risk Transfer business helps defined benefit pension schemes manage their annuity liabilities, through buy-out, buy-in and longevity insurance arrangements. 

As a Test Manager you will have an important role in the delivery of the transformation and business growth objectives of the division through Test services. You will drive successful project delivery with a focus on time to market, customer outcomes and governance.

As we continue to mature our delivery capability, you will contribute to our evolution by finding innovative ways of developing our testing processes.

Energy, creativity and a collaborative approach are key behaviours that underpin this role.   

 

Principal Accountabilities:

Drives the Test Delivery of several small to medium scale projects consisting of multiple technology suppliers and business customers. 

Direct and lead a test team comprised of L&G and 3rd party teams .

Collaborates across the testing and development functions to seek ways to implement the automation strategy and QA approach

Delivers effective & timely communication & reporting

Proactively manages third party relationships ensuring

Coordinate partners (including 3rd parties) activities to deliver the test strategies

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

Outstanding test management experience required and proven delivery track record of change / transformation

Proven adaptable approach to test management & control

Delivered testing in an agile space

Experience working with both internal and external suppliers to achieve common goals

Proactive in issue resolution and promoting a shift left mentality for test and user engagement.

Qualifications:

ISTQB Test Certified or Similar
