Your role as PA/Office Manager will be to provide project planning and executive support services to the COO and the MD of LGFA. You will be expected to demonstrate a depth of understanding of governance processes and Project Management Office skills as you'll be liaising and coordinating with internal and external resources whilst supporting the COO and MD of LGFA in their day to day duties.  You'll coordinate the preparation and completion of high quality papers for Divisional and Group Committees and Boards and make recommendations for line management consideration.

You will promote the importance of the office environment by coordinating; reporting; managing any needs or issues the business identifies that adversely affect the smooth running of the office environment on a day to day basis.  This will extend to the welcoming of all visitors to LGFA, facilitating their needs to ensure they receive a professional first impression

You will be responsible for the proactive management of the diaries of the COO and MD of LGFA to ensure the optimisation of time spent across different locations and of time spent travelling. Make the necessary travel and other logistic arrangements.

Responsible for the active management of the email inbox of the COO and MD of LGFA email inbox – including proactively forwarding and delegating matters raised to the appropriate member of the Leadership team.

You will gather, collate, and circulate papers and documents prior to meetings with internal and external resources, including formulating agendas, taking minutes of relevant team, leadership and other meetings.  Ensure the collation of regular and customised administrative management information on a timely basis, supporting the completion of various MI reporting requirements for consideration by the senior management team, including making recommendations relating to courses of action and resolution of problems. Plan, undertake and/or co-ordinate a variety of special projects involving internal and external research and liaison, on behalf of the COO and MD of LGFA, working within the framework set in terms of schedule, tasks and budget.

You will support other managers/departments as required, maintaining the overall efficiency within the LGFA Office. Ensure processes are in place to monitor, maintain and ensure compliance for all areas of responsibility with all business and legal requirements.

Skills to include:

Fact finding/analysis - A good ability to collate, produce, interpret and present operational information.Fluency in English and a high level of ability to deliver information both verbally and in report form on a day to day basis or periodically in accordance with business requirements.Shorthand skills/ability to take salient notes and actions.Strong MS Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Proven experience supporting senior executives/managers and experience in Office Management
