Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers through the creation of a shared vision of the business and technology integrated roadmap undertaking business analysis, recommendations and business plans as required 

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers through the creation of a shared vision of the business and technology integrated roadmap undertaking business analysis, recommendations and business plans as required 
  • Act as the key liaison and deliver effective communication across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors 
  • Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources. 
  • Develop and implement sound rationale for portfolio management and managing product phase-in-phase-out plans, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within the portfolio by identifying, screening and evaluating new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs and collaborate with PMO to progress through the intake processes and ensure alignment with business strategies and goals 
  • Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards. Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements 
  • Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs by utilising the appropriate technologies and ensuring that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements 
  • To take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group’s policies and procedures including the Partnership Agreement to maximise business performance.  
  • Ensure that the principles of Conduct Risk are embedded into your day to day operations  
  • to deliver good customer outcomes at all times. Ensure that all business processes and  
  • internal controls within your role are designed and performed in a way that delivers good  
  • customer outcomes (TCF) and demonstrates effective management of Conduct Risk 
  • Degree and/or MBA educated- desirable but not essential or suitable comparable/demonstrable role experience and capability 
  • Prince2, Project management and Agile qualifications - desirable but not essential 
  • PROSCI/Adkar & change qualifications  - desirable but not essential 
  • Regulated Industry background preference 
  • Change and Programme delivery experience with track record of effective management, & reporting across Business and Technology functions   
  • Experience of driving and implementing large scale delivery and technology initiatives and plans across complex geographical / functional matrix organizations 
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships to ensure approved agreed delivery plans with proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas 
  • Ensuring single point of contact for the Business unit and ensuring IT&T delivery and maintenance confidence across all levels with technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities, and managing a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions with strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Develop, get buy-in and deliver approaches across the organisation and wider division and track record of building effective relationships  with good influencing skills, ability to develop and mentor individuals 
  • Effective at making good decisions and delivering great outcomes in in line with IT&T strategy and  a collaborative worker who freely shares their knowledge and experience   
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various internal and external businesses and support functions
