We are looking for a Distribution Oversight Co-Ordinator to compile clear and concise reports using MI and to conduct effective and consistent monitoring to ensure fair customer outcomes are achieved.

  • Using management information, conduct effective and consistent monitoring to ensure fair customer outcomes are achieved
  • Co-ordinate Distribution Oversight Manager activity to ensure most efficient use of time
  • Work collaboratively with all areas of LGHF to embed the functionality of the Distribution Oversight Team within the business
  • Interact with distributors to investigate any unusual activity, providing reports to the Distribution Oversight Manger of all work undertaken
  • Compile clear and concise reports to enable the Distribution Oversight Manager to have sufficient oversight of all distribution activity
  • Where required manage the resolution of distribution issues and record accurately the process and outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to the Distribution Oversight Manager regarding noticed trends or areas of concern
  • Where necessary, make recommendations to improve Distribution Oversight Framework and current working model to Distribution Oversight Manager
  • Where required, support the wider Business Excellence team functions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence to exercise judgment using your initiative
  • Analytical skills to investigate potential complex cases and handle multiple streams of information
  • Time management skills to ensure that all tasks are complete to deadlines
  • The ability to create good working relationships, with both internal and external customers
  • A good team player, contributing ideas and having the ability to adapt to change quickly
