Supporting the Technical Product Owner, the O365 & AD Technical Support role is required to offer support and technical guidance to help support and gain value from L&Gs investments across the O365 & AD Environments.

Support and assure integrity, availability and performance of the O365 & AD Platforms by providing technical support and maintenance.

▪ Contributing to the vision and strategy or their product based on an understanding and anticipation of future business needs and be responsible for the build, delivery and support of L&G’s O365 & AD platforms

▪ Supporting our customers to leverage and deliver O365 & AD services, by assisting them via project work or direct engagement – always looking to deliver fantastic customer service

▪ Responsible for contributing to capacity, availability, problem management, change management and knowledge management activities within the team, and undertaking Continual Service Improvements as a day to day activity.

▪ Actively identify risks, ensure they are appropriately logged and tracked at the appropriate forums, and take appropriate action to mitigate or resolve.

▪ Define, develop and deliver processes and systems to ensure a consistent and good level of service that means customers’ expectations are met, is consistent with what we have communicated and is aligned to L&G’s Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly policy.

▪ Continually work to build effective, positive working relationships with both our Third Party Service providers and the wider IT communities, to enable us to deliver a fantastic customer service and be viewed as a single, valued IT partner.

Qualifications:

ITIL v3 Foundation as a minimum Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of MS365 technologies

Tenant management

Exchange online

Teams

Skype

Power BI

Excellent knowledge of MS Azure

GPO management

Skills:

Ability to prioritise, organize and manage a complex and sometimes conflicting workload, and to work well under pressure

Ability to anticipate business needs and to exceed expectations In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products and their life-cycles, and up-to-date knowledge on industry standards and best practices

Ability to build relationships with the appropriate stakeholders
