Starting in September 2019, we have vacancies for a number of ambitious graduates to
launch their careers with us. If you’re looking to build a career in finance in an exciting and
diverse environment, as well as being supported through a recognised accountancy
qualification, then this scheme could be just what you’re looking for.
The scheme will have you completing three ‘seats’, this will give you experience in at
least two areas of our business – from Retirement, Insurance and Capital to Group
Finance and Group Treasury. Rotations could be based in any of our locations, including
Hove, Cardiff, London and Birmingham. We need people who are willing to be adaptable
and would be happy to travel around the offices for your rotation.
We’re looking for ambitious graduates, who have the desire to build a successful career in
finance. Of course, it’s not just about these first three years, we want to see you succeed
and take ownership of your career so it’s about giving you the tools and autonomy to build a
foundation for your future career. This scheme is about growing our future talent to take the
organisation forward and we’ll give you the support and opportunities to get there.
We are looking for graduates who have a min, or are on track to achieve a 2:1 degree
classification. We are open to what degree discipline you have, and so we welcome
graduates from both financial and non-financial backgrounds. However, we do ask that you
have an interest and desire to build a career within finance and feel confident in your
numerical and analytical ability.
