Ensure the co-ordination and worksite delivery of targeted and effective member presentational activities, working closely with the wider Client Relationship Management team and contributing to the continued development of presentational materials and proposition
Ensure the co-ordination and worksite delivery of targeted and effective member presentational activities, working closely with the wider Client Relationship Management team and contributing to the continued development of presentational materials and proposition
Working closely with the wider Client Relationship Management team, co-ordinate and personally deliver successful member presentations, thereby contributing to the delivery of growth targets across the portfolio through increased member engagement and in turn increased member contribution profile and pension pot consolidation activity
As required for the fulfilment of the role, establish and maintain good working relationships with key individuals within identified corporate clients, ensuring the smooth running and ultimate success of member presentational activity and that any new business, restructure and cross-selling opportunities are immediately alerted to the Client Director
Regularly liaise with Client Directors to update on activity and feedback in respect of clients in common, updating client records on the CRM system to ensure that all activity and key related points are captured, thereby ensuring that business plans can be further developed accordingly
Feedback and engage appropriately with other areas within LGIM DC (Client Communications, Product) to ensure proposition, messaging and materials are continually adjusted to aid member understanding and engagement and ultimately to influence members to increase contributions and pension pot consolidation
Maximise cost effectiveness and employer satisfaction by implementing best practice in all aspects of the development and delivery of member presentational activity and engagement across the portfolio, working with employers to pilot and report back appropriately on new initiatives and ensuring all activity undertaken in fulfilling the role considers the treating customer fairly
Personally maintain a good knowledge of LGIM DC Pensions products, proposition and processes, keeping abreast of legislative developments and other market activity in order to be able to discuss relevant topics in an informed manner when attending client sites
Professional qualifications in relation to the role are desirable for example PMI, Certificate in Financial Planning, IMC
Experience and knowledge of DC product solutions and marketplace
Corporate client relationship engagement experience in a product provider, asset manager or EBC/significant intermediary
Good understanding of investments, able to articulate at a high level in a clear manner for an employee audience
Excellent communication/presentation skill – a track record of successful client engagement and presentational experience is a requirement, as is the ability to articulate and convey information in a straightforward, clear and compelling manner to audiences with varying levels of understanding of the subject matter
