You’ll be working as part of a dynamic marketing team to help create and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. The role has a significant digital focus and will involve a broad combination of aspects from website development, advertising, public relations, campaign planning, event management, and social media marketing.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager an opportunity exists for a process driven, analytical and customer focussed Senior Marketing Executive to help deliver and implement the marketing strategy for Legal & General Homes. Responsible for a broad range of tasks the successful applicant will help ensure effective and timely implementation of all marketing requirements of our sites, in line with agreed strategies and budgets.

You’ll be working as part of a dynamic marketing team to help create and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. The role has a significant digital focus and will involve a broad combination of aspects from website development, advertising, public relations, campaign planning, event management, and social media marketing.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in the execution of the overall Sales & Marketing strategy, you’ll help develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote Legal & General Homes and its sites.
  • Ensuring the consistency of all branding, marketing, and advertising material, including sales literature and site signage.
  • Develop and update all digital channels for the business including the company website and external portals to project a positive company image and accurate product information.
  • Embrace new technology as a sales tool and help drive interactives through touch-tables, mobile apps, and CGI / fly-through visuals
  • Analysing online and offline marketing activity to ensure it is effective in terms of lead generation, cost per sale, ROI & brand integrity. 
  • Management of brand guidelines, marketing templates, and sales processes.
  • Producing regular marketing reports and statistics showing activity and results.
  • Assist with the launches of new developments and other ad hoc events
  • Run social media channels and campaigns (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
  • Help manage external; PR, design, website, media and creative agencies to ensure consistency in message and strategy.
  • Updating databases and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Coordinate internal marketing communications that reflect the organisation’s culture

Desired but not essential:

  • Graphic design skills (familiar with the Adobe suite)
  • Degree in Marketing would be an advantage as would CIM/IDM qualification
  • Knowledge of the housebuilding industry
  • Experience with CMS systems (WordPress)
  • Experience with CRM systems (COINS / Microsoft Dynamics / other)

Knowledge & Capability:

  • Experience - A proven track record of delivery in a marketing role and a detailed knowledge of residential marketing requirements including; CGI’s, brochure production and on-site sales areas.
