Reporting directly to Senior BA, the BA will:

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery activities to elicit requirements/user stories from stakeholders
  • Validate user stories using research, data and customer insight to make informed decisions on priorities and focus
  • Support the Product Owner in the analysis activities for the prioritised backlog
  • Work closely with UX Designers to translate user stories into viable product designs and deliver wireframes and working prototypes.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and communication at various levels across multiple business areas.
  • Provides mentoring to junior BA’s

May provide assignment lead support to junior BA’s

  • Experience working as a BA within an Agile Scrum team
  • Solid Business Analysis experience and background working within a Digital team, environment and across digital platforms
  • Experience of tools commonly used in Agile environment JIRA / Confluence  
  • Good understanding of User Experience and Customer Journey concepts
  • Experience in Concept and User Testing techniques
  • Confident working with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Strong negotiating skills, is a great listener and is skilled at dealing with conflict
  • Applied knowledge of Business Process Modelling techniques
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload

Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on requirement decisions
