Reporting to the Construction Director an opportunity exists for a dedicated Administrator. The Administrator will provide administration and secretarial support for the various construction teams and the business as required. This role also supports the Senior PA in ensuring the efficient running of the Head Office.

Reporting to the Construction Director an opportunity exists for a dedicated Administrator. The Administrator will provide administration and secretarial support for the various construction teams and the business as required. This role also supports the Senior PA in ensuring the efficient running of the Head Office.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Carrying out general administration and secretarial duties for all members of construction & safety team, whilst reporting directly to the Construction Director.
  • Ensuring that all office administrative functions operate efficiently and cohesively and in line with Group policies and culture.
  • Ensuring the Head Office operation is a suitable base for meetings with suppliers, consultants and clients.
  • Assisting with telephone answering duties and management of all visitors as required and if receptionist is unavailable.
  • Contributing to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company and encouraging innovation within team.
  • Coordinating & completing monthly reports and management information, requesting and following up information from various sources including the individual project leads and their team.
  • Ensuring key paperwork systems are updated.
  • Sourcing and arranging training sessions.
  • Monitoring team absences and leave.
  • Ensuring key information is prepared, coordinated & distributed to the construction team.
  • Updating/completing progress and construction programmes within the COINS software environment.
  • Effectively deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Managing the department filing system and key paperwork including Health & Safety files.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Experience within a residential developer as a Secretary / Support Officer would be advantageous, moreover we are keen to hire an organised and engaging administrator with a desire to develop knowledge and build a career within a growing start-up business.
