If you have strong customer service skills and you’re looking for a regular 35-hour week over four days - without weekend shifts - we have an opportunity that’s tailor-made for you to join our team of Investment Consultants who are there to support our investment customers by answering queries over the telephone. It’s a responsible role and although a service centre background be an advantage, it’s more important that you’re someone who thrives on a challenge and can demonstrate ambition.
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract ending 31st Dec 2018
Provide a range of telephone services to a customer population ranging from sophisticated, high net worth individuals to non-advised, low-tech individuals across a wide range of investments.
Provide a live transactional one-stop service to telephone customers, adhering to valuation points and achieving quality, breach and commitment targets in order to ensure that regulatory and customer outcomes are met. Identify customer issues that require escalation and action promptly, recording information as appropriate to ensure that the customer experience is maximised and the Legal & General Investments brand is enhanced
- Customer Service Experience.
- Experience of working in Financial Services industry would be desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
- Be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.
- IT Literacy
