We are currently looking for a Senior Portfolio Analyst/Project Manager to be based in Hove or London.

Manage a change process and change requests from each of the different business entities.

Provide regular reports to Senior Management on progress and status of all changes for the Internal Model.

Stakeholder Management - Able to manage Management at senior level.

Present at the change board on status of change requests.

Management of end - end change management process - chase down change requests, and able to look forward to manage and escalate any impact to business.

Liaise  with Business SME ensuring they can meet the timescales for delivery.

Highlight issues that impact the delivery plan.

Support the Senior Project Manager and at times step in for various meetings as and when required.

Prepare reports for external parties.

Good Governnace change background.

  • Ability to interact with Sharepoint
  • Ability to pull together MI from that tool and use excel, additionally you will be required to input data into excel so must be flexible to take on inputting tasks regularly
  • Ability to take standard Powerpoint governance packs for the GIMC (Group Internal Model Committee) and organise and present information
  • Ability to take part in these meetings and as such be comfortable and confident in presenting to a reasonable level mid-snr mgmt.
  • Ability to make recommendations to optimise processes where inefficiencies exist.
  • Manage change requests
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and with senior management
