We are looking for Junior Web Analysts to be based at our offices in Cardiff

To set up, analyse and report on web analytics insight to stakeholders within the Insurance division using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe analytics.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Web Analytics Set Up: Contribute to larger business projects, leading into smaller scale development.
  • Dashboard Configuration: Configure reporting dashboards to stakeholder needs and update when required.

  • Training: Monitor marketplace developments (such as updates from Adobe and Google), learn and update the team accordingly.

  • Reporting: Collect and collate management information, generate, format and circulate reports such that relevant managers and stakeholders are fully aware of progress, issues and trends against objectives, costs, schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

Suitable experience or studies in areas such as Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Digital or similar.

Skills:

  • Communication: A good standard of numeracy and written and verbal communication.
  • Flexible: Adapt to business change.
  • Collaborative: Working with multiple teams in the achievement of goals.
  • Self-organising and managed: Self-motivated and organised.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholder. Ability to communicate complex analytics issues to non-analytics stakeholders.
