We are looking for a Head of Pensions Product and Communications to be based in our Hove office

Lead and be accountable for the Pensions Product and Communications team to enhance the value of the Mature Savings Life Pensions business through efficient product management, communications and customer retention initiatives. Ensure delivery of competitive, saleable and compliant new and existing products and propositions which maximise profit, minimise risk and provide good customers outcomes (including advisers’ outcomes).

Qualifications:

Diploma level from CII or PFS or other recognised professional organisation

Knowledge:

Detailed understanding of product structures, pricing and market positioning

Detailed understanding of Pension and Life legislation and ability to interact credibly with technical resources

Good understanding of the dynamics of the IFA, Tied and Direct markets

Good understanding and experience of the key drivers for effective communication and marketing to intermediaries and end customers

Proven experience in leading, planning and directing strategies to increase the value of products and levels of customer retention

Skills:

Strong team management and leadership

Track record of creating and managing products and governance oversight

Worked within a highly regulated environment and dealing with regulators
