This role offers you the rare opportunity to work as part of our market leading Investment Services Team, and learn how we support our customers to manage their investments.

If you have a keen eye for detail, possess strong numeric aptitude and thrive under pressure, then this is the role for you.

Operating hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of  8am - 6pm (on a 3 week rota).

 

In this role you’ll be working to provide the highest standards of service delivery to customers. You'll work with your colleagues and fellow advisors to effectively and efficiently manage the investments of our valued customers.

  • Provide engaging customer service experience to every customer with an attentive focus on their specific needs, delivering fair and commendable results every time.
  • Take ownership when things go wrong, focusing on doing all you can to put things rights in order to ensure that problems are resolved to the customers’ satisfaction.
  • You'll be responsible for developing your skills, maximising your own potential and contributing to the team and it's working relationships.
  • We work in a regulated environment so you'll be following standard processes, but you’ll be the kind of person that’ll naturally look for improvements and opportunities for your customers.
  • Share ideas in a collaborative way, working with your colleagues to make changes that make a difference.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to plan your own time and workload effectively.
  • Clear examples of gathering information and using it to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, building positive relationships, while sharing best practice and ideas with others.
  • Clear instances of when you have taken ownership for your own development.
