We're looking for an extremely organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Cardiff team.

You’ll be helping to fulfil the vision of becoming the long term savings partner of choice for all of our customers and clients by ensuring that the Learning & Development Team have up to date training records and MI to be able to report on for competency and development requirements. Ensure the smooth and effective planning and running of learning and development solutions through the organisation of all the Learning and Development Consultants’ delivery plans and development programme resources.

You'll have the following accountabilities:  

Organise and plan learning and development programmes and ensure training evaluation scores are uploaded and accessible ensuring Learning & Development Team are able to fulfil demands, analyse course effectiveness which will allow us to contribute to the business success.

Through administrative tasks monitor the teams mailbox ensuring training requests are responded to, planned and passed to the Learning and Development Consultants within the set service level requirements.

Ensure that our training records are kept up to date to allow for colleague, business and regulatory reporting.

Communicate effectively with your stakeholders , Operational Planning teams and Learning & Development peers, sharing best   practice whilst being open to their guidance and learnings so as a team we perform highly.

Put your colleagues, customers and clients at the heart of everything you do and take pride and ownership of your personal development.

Microsoft Office: Understand how to use PowerPoint, Word and Excel to their full potential.

Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively.

Ownership: Proven ability to own business problems and resolve issues quickly in a way that protects the business and impacts positively on the customer journey.

Decision making: ability to confidently make decisions based on evaluations of risks and using available information in a timely manner.

Time management: ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and changing priorities whilst maintaining the highest standards.
