This role collaborates with and helps lead other developers, system administrators and product owners to deliver enhancements and new functionality across the wide range of ServiceNow tooling embedded within the company. Working across the ITSM, ITOM, SAM, IRM and ITBM the role will explore the full range of technical capabilities possible within ServiceNow.

3.    Sets coding standards of best practise, ensuring that all work delivered by the team meets those standards whilst also ensuring appropriate governance, accurate documentation and ensuring intellectual property is safeguarded.
4.    Supports and influences the development of the vision and strategy for ServiceNow based on an understanding and anticipation of future business needs and strategies, best practice, and an awareness of the ServiceNow release plan.
5.    Leads the twice yearly upgrades of ServiceNow, with responsibility for minimising the size of the skip log to reduce impact and speed adoption of new functionality.
6.    Always considers best practise of the processes that any work is delivering (along with technical best practise), ensuring that all Stakeholders are communicated with effectively and engaged and aware of potential alternative approaches.
7.    As a Senior Developer you will be expected to be a trusted source of knowledge and support, lead, mentor, share knowledge and advise the other Developers within the team, expanding their capabilities and working with them to improve their technical skillsets and ensure that Treating Customers Fairly is embedded within the processes and actions of the team.
