The Colleague and Client Engagement Runner will assist and support in the delivery of the engagement strategy by completing general support and maintenance activity, to ensure the strategy is promoted and visible. 

• Assist and support in the delivery of the engagement strategy by completing general support and maintenance activity to ensure the strategy is promoted and visible. 
• Support the Head of Operational Business and Client Relationships with client visits, ensuring the required preparation is completed, supporting on the day to ensure the visits are a success. 
• Co-ordinate engagement activity ensuring the event logistics are considered, planned and implemented. 
• Collate, extract and share data and feedback, sharing outputs with the Engagement team. 
• Prepare and issue informative communications to confirm to LGIM Customer and Client Operations client visits that will be taking place. 
• Monitor and maintain engagement standards across LGIM Customer and Client Operations environment.

• A good standard of written and spoken English, the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and to take ownership of tasks
• Confident  with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Organised - able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels
