The Cloud Support Analyst will be responsible for the effective delivery of production services for a selection of LGR technology services, engaging within the Service Delivery function as well as internal development teams and 3rd party service providers. Completing these activities in a timely and effective manner will contribute to LGR’s continued financial growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.

Focussing on continuous improvements to reduce incidents inflow and improve service levels.

Maintain IT application support technical documentation

Interact and communicate with business, third parties and stakeholders

Implement, verify and monitor required IT application changes in line with change implementation

Understand and comply with the IT organisation requirements, processes, procedures and policies

Perform minor enhancements to IT applications supported, based on the Business requirements and with close collaboration with development teams and 3rd party service providers.

Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments

Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

Work as part of a team to implement system configurations, using technical skills and tools to configure the IT systems

Qualifications:

  • Degree or relevant work experience
  • ITIL v3 Foundation (Minimum)
  • MS Azure Fundamentals (desirable)

Knowledge:

  • Awareness of DevOps processes
  • Incident, Problem, Change lifecycle management
  • Release,  deployment, security patching process management
  • Vendor and 3rd Party Management

Skills:

  • Competent in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
  • Azure Cloud Technologies
  • PowerShell / Scripting skills advantageous
  • Power BI Dashboards and analytically minded
  • A self-starter who can work as part of a team
  • An active contributor to IT-Transformation, our customers and LGR IT&T
