We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our Hove based team.

This role is to design, develop and deliver appropriate campaign and marketing materials, activities and initiatives that meet our commercial and varying audience needs. 

  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns, initiatives and materials that support the digital acquisition and digital content marketing plan
  • Ensure all activities undertaken adhere to our relevant policies and procedures, are within our risk ‘appetite’ and are approved according to the appropriate compliance procedures
  • Support where relevant our project and change programme
  • Ensure appropriate tracking and management is in place to enable us to collate, analyse and interpret appropriate and relevant digital campaign and web management information
  • Work with colleagues and specialist colleagues to ensure we have appropriate MI and environmental scanning in place to develop effective and efficient digital marketing activity
  • Ensure appropriate briefs, forecasts, reviews, etc are in place to demonstrate ROI for digital campaigns, content or functional builds on our web estate
  • Work alongside colleagues to continually benchmark our digital activities and seek out new ways to differentiate and improve the initiatives we undertake
  • Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework and demonstrate the key behaviours of a professional, supportive and engaging marketing function
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Good with people and an ability to clearly and confidently communicate and influence with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales- Good organisational and project management skills
  • Able to adapt to and work with change, in a fast growing division and marketing function
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English.
  • Experience of working with digital, UX and creative agencies and provide appropriate briefing, management and creative evaluation
  • IT skills – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMS and Google products (Ads, Analytics, Search Console)
  • Experience of paid social campaigns and associated community management.
  • Experience of working in a marketing function or digital creative agency
  • Preferably some experience of working within a UK financial services organisation or working on UK financial services clients.
