This role specifically supports the data vendor relationships and also those third parties that charge for services that are paid for from the outsourced funds.

The proactive management of service providers is a key element of LGIM's strategy and as such is embarking on a challenging international growth plan. Over the last few years LGIM has successfully taken on substantial amounts of new business which have involved the launch of new products, complex instruments and new relationships. To support this growth the Business Relationship Team is evolving as a centre of excellence to manage the service provision across LGIM/Group. This role specifically supports the data vendor relationships and also those third parties that charge for services that are paid for from the outsourced funds.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To ensure that all fund related data is accurately reflected on third party vendor websites and also on LGIM’s own Fund Centre. To include daily price information and also static data in relation to the funds, for all outsourced products.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that all fund data changes are effectively captured and logged, providing a suitable audit trail throughout the process from project activity to the fund data represented to clients.
  • Prepare for and attend monthly service review meetings with data vendors to ensure issues are highlighted and rectified in a timely manner. Thorough understanding of all key issues with data vendors so as to manage their resolution.
  • Maintain LGIM’s own masterfiles of static data that are used to drive the data dissemination processes.
  • Maintain invoice processing log for all fund related charges, ensuring that the fund invoice group mailbox is monitored daily and all items are effectively processed, verified and prepared for authorisation. For all outsourced funds.
  • Develop effective database of fund related charges information that can be used internally to monitor the fund data activity in respect of charges that are incurred by the outsourced funds..
  • Take ownership & responsibility to maintain and improve the service provision provided by the suppliers/vendors and particularly where issues arise.
