The Web Analyst will set up, analyse and report on web analytics insight to stakeholders within the Life and Retirements Insurance division, using tools such as Adobe Analytics and SessionCam.

Principal Accountabilities:

Web Analytics Set Up

• Support digital analytics implementation projects which enable digital analytics insight (e.g Adobe Analytics, SessionCam)
• Identify improvement requirements to our analytics set up / analysis processes 
• Support testing of analytics implementation 

Dashboard Configuration

• Creating dashboards (Adobe Workspace) to stakeholder needs and update when required. This is similar to Google Analytics Dashboards / there are transferrable skills here

Training

• Monitor marketplace developments
• Actively look for skill development opportunities
• Learn and update team accordingly.

 Reporting

• Collect and collate management information, generate, format and circulate reports such that relevant managers and stakeholders are fully aware of progress, issues and trends against objectives, costs, schedules and budgets.
• Provide analytics support to campaigns advising on optimisation and opportunities.
