Reporting to the Technical Director an opportunity exists for an emerging Technical Administrator. The Technical Administrator will provide administration and clerical support for the technical department and assist the wider business with secretarial requirements where required

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Coordinating new consultants to be credit checked, set up on COINS, and formally appointed for each site.

Raising all Technical purchase orders on COINS and ensuring appropriate authorisation of every invoice before liaising with the accounts department for payment.

Assisting the Land & Planning department with the above for all their purchase orders and invoices.

Inputting data onto COINS such as postal addresses and service charges for Sales.

Assisting with the Technical department input to Social Value.

Setting up an agreed system of filing (hard & electronic) for all unit development sites and monitoring compliance

Setting up new users on Dochosting and assigning appropriate access and authority level to relevant projects.

Managing the obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensuring all confidential information is appropriately safeguarded, and all processes follow current GDPR legislation.

Organising and attending all Technical meetings and take detailed Minutes.

Assisting with both the Technical Coordinators and Engineers in the department with ad hoc tasks for different developments.

Acting as the key liaison for all consultants and visitors to Technical department.

Assisting with reception/telephone/secretarial duties for wider business as required.

Knowledge & Capability:

Experience within a residential developer as a Technical Administrator would be

advantageous, moreover we are keen to hire an emerging technical talent with a desire to develop knowledge and build a career within a technical construction discipline.
