Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for progressing all unit reservations to exchange and legal completion.
  • To compile and issue to the Sales and Marketing Director, customer handover manuals to issue to purchasers.
  • To attend the weekly sales/build meeting to advise of target exchange dates, to monitor CML and LC dates and to manage sales team expectations, allowing customers to be kept fully up to date. 
  • Responsible for calling and chairing weekly telephone conversations with solicitors to ensure contract progression is happening and to discuss each live plot transaction.
  • Ensuring that all relevant management company information and detail is available at the appropriate time and in time to allow exchanges to proceed.
  • Ensuring all sales brochures and site hoarding consistently follows and represents the agreed corporate identity of the company.
  • To load all development details to the central database to enable accurate real time record of sales transactions to be available at all times.

 

Knowledge & Capability:

  • Experience within a residential developer working across the Sales process is a pre-requisite, moreover we are keen to hire an emerging talent with a desire to develop knowledge and build a career within a sales discipline.
