We are recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Portfolio Lead to develop and deliver the multi-year IT Infrastructure change portfolio across all business areas in line with the Group IT Infrastructure strategy. 

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Director, the role of IT Infrastructure Portfolio Lead is to develop and deliver the multi-year IT Infrastructure change portfolio across all business areas in line with the Group IT Infrastructure strategy. 

This role is key to ensure the right decisions are made for L&G group as a whole, that suppliers and business areas interact effectively, delivery timescales are maintained, that governance models are adhered to and that long term planning & budgeting occurs on a yearly basis.

This role will interface with multiple business areas and outsourced partners for successful delivery of the portfolio.

Full understanding of programme management techniques and methods.

Excellent knowledge of change management principles for a multi-year portfolio

Broad technical understanding including: networking, desktop, windows, linux, mainframe, AS400 and office 365, databases
