We are recruiting for a Procurement Manager - Marketing / Digital Coms & Print Category in our Hove offices
GPSM (Group Procurement & Supplier Management)
Procurement Manager - Marketing / Digital Coms & Print Category
- Ownership / Management of Marketing / Digital Coms Procurement Category/Print across the L&G Group
- Proactively managing and addressing spend via RFP`s, E Sourcing and Supplier / Market engagement.
- Business Partnering with key stakeholders to develop robust internal relationships and develop accurate project pipeline.
- Provide thought leadership and sourcing strategy regarding category
- Contract and commercial negotiations
- Contributions to monthly reporting
- Engagement with L&G Stakeholders across the Group, including L&G Homes.
- Extensive Procurement background
- Marketing / Digital Coms/ Print experience ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Team player but able to work on own initiative
- Robust stakeholder management skills
- MCIPs ideal but not essential
- Degree ideal but not essential
- Working knowledge of P2P / E Procurement tools
- Some team / people management skills ideal but not essential
- Ability to work in an Agile / Flexible manner
- Openness and ability to drive change
