We are looking to recruit a Communications Analyst in our Hove office to support the Communications effort within DC Client Communications by providing timely analysis of data and trends using the multiple and varied access points and systems available, thereby ensuring maintenance of and, where possible, improvement in quality and cost effectiveness

  • Undertake detailed analysis of the LGIM bundled DC communications suite, maintaining appropriate tracking tools and matrices
  • Provide clear, concise and timely reporting across the LGIM bundled DC communications suite
  • Suggest appropriate data analysis and reporting methods and tools for any new communications strategies being developed
  • Take on board feedback from Distribution colleagues and their employer and trustee clients and update or amend available analysis and/or reporting based upon this where necessary thereby ensuring an overall focus on treating customers fairly
  • Working on tracking the digital journey for the customer to then report and tailor future developments on servicing customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Change and IT colleagues across multiple locations in order to fulfil the role
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues at third party suppliers, LGIM and L&G to ensure holistic approach to reporting
  • Passionate about the customer experience and journey
  • Being an SME in your current role around the systems you use
  • Excellent report writing skills. The ability to convey detailed information to a senior audience in a clear and concise manner
  • Extremely competent with Excel and report writing tools
  • Excellent communication skills when working with teams who may be either data driven or more qualitative
  • Able to tell a story from data presented to make informed suggestions and decisions
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team to reach the overall DC pensions goals
  • Ability to prioritise your workloads accordingly
  • Proficient in automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Good relationship building skills, both internal and with third party suppliers
  • Passionate about the customer experience and digital journey with Legal and General
  • Passionate about self-development in respective of their skillset
  • A good standard of education is required
  • A financial services background is an advantage
